Fluid Pay® Virtual Terminal Feature

A virtual terminal your call-center merchants will actually use.

Built for the workflow, not the demo. Cards and ACH from any browser, with vault, hotkeys, surcharging, and split payments wired in. Your merchants' AR clerks stop clicking around between tabs and start clearing transactions.

Built for

  • Mail-order / phone-order merchants
  • Call-center and AR teams
  • Off-site sales (events, conferences, markets)

Pairs natively with

ACH and card on one screen

Most virtual terminals make ACH a second-class citizen — buried in a sub-menu, with a different field layout. Ours doesn't. Both rails sit on the same form, share the same customer record, and post into the same reporting.

Custom fields

Add custom fields so the form captures whatever the merchant's back office actually needs — PO numbers, work-order IDs, route codes — and have them flow into reporting automatically.

Billing and shipping addresses

Capture both, save them to the customer record, and reuse them for the next transaction without re-keying.

Per-transaction overrides

Switch processor, add a discount, override a shipping amount, change a tax line — all without leaving the page or starting over.

Email receipts

Send a branded receipt to the customer in one click, with the full transaction detail attached.

Split payments

Divide a single sale across two payment methods — useful for partial gift-card redemption, deposits, or any case where a customer pays from two pockets.

Vault on creation

Run the transaction and add the customer to the Customer Vault at the same time. No second flow.

Catalog and line items

Search the merchant's product catalog or add ad-hoc line items right on the transaction. Itemised receipts, itemised reporting.

Partner with the gateway built for partners.

No merchant-boarding. No residual surprises. No legacy stack.
